The issue has been resolved, and everything should now be working normally. All text messages that were not received during the disruption have been delivered retrospectively.

Since 13 April 2026, 4:00 p.m., there has been an ongoing disruption affecting SMS reception via virtual eCall receiving numbers.
The responsible provider, Sunrise, is working with high priority to resolve the issue.
